How to Choose a Correct Material to the display?

As our display material are all from paper or cardboard, some customer will worry if it’s enough to load their products, especially to those heavy weight products. Don’t worry. Just tell us your product weight and we will calculate the weight of each tier need to load accordingly. We will do following steps to make sure the pop corrugated display strong enough.
a. Before proceeding to bulk order production, we will make a plain white sample sending to our customer to check. We will suggest customer assemble it and put their products by following our tips. This usually will take 4-7 days.
b. We have equipped related testing machines to check the display quality, including bursting and Edge Crush Testing Machine.
c. We have structure designer making some adjustment on the display structure. Including adding metal tubes under the shelf, making dividers in the middle of the shelf.

How should you process the artwork?

Raymin Display Structure team will issue a template for customer to do artwork, based on product size and product quantity layout. Customer put their artwork in and send back to us. Pls note all elments should be inserted well and the fonts need to be outlined.
