1. Flexography: Flexography technique uses rubber and polymer plates to transfer image on the on the boxes. This technique uses water-based ink. The images printed through flexography technique are of high quality.
2. Screen Printing: This process requires force ink on a tight screen mounted on a frame. The results of screen printing are also exceptional.
3. Lamination: The litho-lamination procedure involves printing on a sheet of paper using a printer. The printed paper is then pasted on the custom rigid boxes. This technique produces a high quality of images through vibrant colours.
4. Pre-Print: The pre-print technique prints on the material of the box before it has been designed as a box. The Pre-print technique provides high quality results in terms of colour saturation and consistency. The pre-print technique is likely suitable for bulk orders.
5. Label Stickers: The label stickers are of low quality however; the method gives a professional touch to the boxes. This method uses label sheets and a printer. The label sheets are used printed and glued to the exterior of the box. The glossy finish gives a professional and classy touch to the product.
